- NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING - FY 2025 BUDGET
Notice is hereby given that a public hearing will be held before the Board of Directors (the “Board”), the governing body of Newberry County Water & Sewer Authority (NCWSA) at 5:00 p.m. on Thursday, May 16, 2024. The hearing will be held in the conference room of Newberry County Water & Sewer Authority at 13903 C.R. Koon Hwy., Newberry, SC. The purpose of the hearing will be to allow members of the public to express their views regarding NCWSA’s proposed Fiscal Year 2025 Operating Budget. All persons who attend the public hearing will be given opportunity to speak. A copy of the FY 2025 Budget DRAFT is available below.
- NOTICE OF 2023 INDUSTRIAL USER SIGNIFICANT NONCOMPLIANCE
THE UNITED STATES ENVIRONMENTAL PROTECTION AGENCY (EPA) along with THE SOUTH CAROLINA DEPARTMENT OF HEALTH AND ENVIRONMENTAL CONTROL (SCDHEC) require all approved pretreatment programs to publish annually all industrial users in Significant Non-Compliance (SNC) with pretreatment standards during the previous year.
