Culvert Replacement

Newberry County Water and Sewer Authority (NCWSA) is requesting sealed bids from qualified contractors for the replacement and/or repair of three culverts located on public rights-of-way. Culverts were damaged during Hurricane Helene. This work is associated with a FEMA Public Assistance (PA) claim and must comply with all applicable federal procurement requirements under 2 CFR Part 200.
The awarded contractor will be responsible for furnishing all labor, materials, equipment, transportation, supervision, and incidentals necessary to perform the work in accordance with the project specifications. Click HERE for more information.
Hollands Landing Pump Station

The work consists of furnishing all materials, equipment and labor necessary to construct a replacement for an existing duplex submersible wastewater pump station and demolition and removal of the existing pump station.
