Payment Through Financial Institution Online Bill Pay
Many banks offer their customers the ability to pay bills via an online bill payment service (see your bank's website). These services debit the customer's checking or savings account to pay the bill. Depending on the financial institution, a fee may be charged by the bank for the service. Even though the debit to the bank account is immediate, these payments are not immediately sent by the bank to NCWSA. Payments may take up to seven business days to post to the customer's account. Please consult with your bank for more information.
