Koon Hwy, Newberry, SC 29108. NCWSA will acknowledge the receipt of the complaint in writing withing 30 days and proceed in accordance 40 CFR Parts 5 and 7.
Discriminatory complaints may also be filed in writing in accordance with 40 CFR Parts 5 and 7 with the EPA, Office of Civil Rights, 1200 Pennsylvania Avenue, N.W., Mail Code 1201A, Washington, DC 20460-1000.
